Robert W. Wilbur Jr, 58, passed away suddenly Saturday February 17, 2024. Born in Springfield, July 1, 1965, He was the son of Robert W. Wilbur Sr. of West Springfield and the late Beverly (Moran) Wilbur. Rob was a retired West Springfield Police Officer who served 31 years, working in the traffic bureau and motor department, retiring in 2019. He was a graduate of West Springfield High School. Besides his father he leaves his beloved wife, Michele (Quinn) Wilbur, his loving children, Danielle Culver and her husband Brendan of West Springfield and Branden of Feeding Hills, his beloved grandchildren, Caleb, Ayden, Camden and Declan and many other loving friends and family members. He was predeceased by his sister, Kellie Lynch in 2023. A Funeral Home Service will be held Monday February 26, 2024, at 1:30 from the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home with calling hours from 11:30-1:30. Burial is private.
