Ruth E. (Dorn) Ensign

Ruth E. Ensign, 88, passed away Wednesday at Noble Hospital. She was born in Holyoke to the late Elizabeth (Lempke) and Otto Dorn and lived most of her life in West Springfield. She was a member of Mittineague Congregational Church. Ruth was predeceased by her beloved husband, Everett Ensign in 2002. She leaves her loving children, Donald R. Ensign and his wife Kathryn of Warren, RI and Janet L. Burdick and her husband Bill of Blandford, four grandsons, Colin, Derek, Alex and Trevor and two great-grandchildren, Everett and Vivienne. All services are private. Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services.
