Sandra Jane (Chenoweth) Haas

Sandra Jane (Chenoweth) Haas passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the age of 78.�Sandy was born on November 7, 1939 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Paul A. Chenoweth and Thalia Lavinia (Butler) Chenoweth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry W. Haas of Granville. She will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes: Dave Bates and wife Vickie of Rolla, Missouri; Stan Bates and wife Ellie of Feeding Hills; Laura Field and husband David of Penacook of New Hampshire; Leo Bates of Duncan, South Carolina; Tim Haas and wife Deanna of Granby; Melodie Haas of Agawam; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and lifelong lover of music. Sandy�s Funeral Service will be Friday at 12:45pm at Toomey O�Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield. An hour of visitation will precede the Service from 11:45 am-12:45 pm. Burial will follow in MA Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, Agawam. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the physicians and support staff of Western Massachusetts Hospital for the outstanding care provided during her 12 year stay there.
