Obituary
Scott Starzic, 56 passed away Thursday December 3, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Holyoke, April 26, 1964 he is the son of Eugene J. and Virginia (Burt) Starzic of West Springfield. Scott worked at the Work Opportunity Center in Agawam and Baroco Industries in West Springfield and was active in the Special Olympics as an avid swimmer and bowler. Scott also loved to dance. Besides his parents he leaves his nephew Benjamin Starzic, his sister-in-law Melanie Starzic, his Godmother and aunt Betty Harrington of Westfield, his aunt Carole Burt of Zephyrhills, FL and many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Jack. The family would like to thank the entire staff and his housemates at the Edgewater Road group home where Scott lived, the Baystate Hospice, the Baroco Industries and MCS for the wonderful care and support they provided Scott. All services are private and at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to Jericho, 537 Northampton St., P.O. Box 1039, Holyoke, MA 01041.
