Sean Michael Byrne

Sean Michael Byrne, 21, died unexpectedly from injuries sustained in a car accident on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. Born in Springfield, he was the son of Stephen A. and Sheila M. (Dowd) Byrne of Longmeadow. A lifelong resident of Longmeadow, he was a graduate of Longmeadow High School and attended Holyoke Community College. Sean was a talented music producer and a well-known hip hop artist. Sean�s passion in life included spending time with friends, making music, attending concerts and music festivals. Recently, Sean had lived his dream of touring the United States with Honeycomb and Moon Hooch. Sean will be remembered by his charming smile and sense of humor. In addition to his parents, he leaves his brother Eamonn P. Byrne and his wife Pamela of Cape Cod. He is also survived by his maternal grandfather Atty. James E. Dowd of Longmeadow, paternal grandparents Desmond and Enda Byrne of Kilkenny, Ireland. Aunts and Uncles; Michael and Regina Dowd of Southport, CT, Dr. Scott and Patricia Lutch of Milton, MA, Atty. Kevin and Anita Byrne and Sinead and Finbar Casey, all of Kilkenny, Ireland,�as well as many loving cousins, and friends here and in Ireland, along with his dog buddy. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22nd from 4:00 � 8:00 pm at St. Mary�s Church, 519 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow. Family and friends may meet for Sean�s Funeral Mass on Monday at 10:00 am also at St. Mary�s Church, 519 Longmeadow St., Longmeadow.
