Shirley Roberts

Shirley Roberts, 76, passed away October 22, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Portland, OR, June 9, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Madeline (Thomason) Roberts. Shirley was a longtime resident of the May Institute in West Springfield where she was known as the “Diva”. She leaves many friends including Diane Rose and Comfort Mireku along with the entire staff at the May Institute and Crescent Circle. A funeral home service will be held Tuesday October 31 at 11AM at the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St West Springfield with a calling hour from 10-11AM. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery in Westfield.
