Stanley Witek

West Springfield - Stanley Witek passed away Fri, Dec. 19, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of West Springfield and owner of Stanley Witek Oil for over 50 years. He also was a founding member of the Tatham Memorial Club fka The Tatham Social Club. He leaves his loving wife of 72 years Amelia Witek of West Springfield; one daughter Janice Shamblin and her husband Corky of Briggs, TX; one daughter in law Jacki Witek of South Carolina; two granddaughters Gina and Rachel; two Great Grandchildren and also several nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by his son Stanley C. Witek. A Funeral Service will be held on Tues Dec 23, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the Toomey O�Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St. West Springfield, MA with burial to follow in St Thomas Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be held on Tues Dec 23, 2014 from 8:30 until 10:30 AM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tatham Memorial Scholarship Fund.
