Obituary
Dr. Suzanne (Crispo) Marotta, 72, passed away Tuesday Feb. 16, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a sudden illness. Born in Philadelphia, PA., Jan. 19, 1949, the daughter of the late Carman and Helen (Knapp) Crispo. Suzanne was a retired superintendent of schools in West Springfield and taught school in Philadelphia and New Hampshire for over 30 years. She received her BS and Masters Degree from Villanova University and her Doctorate of Education from Nova South East University in FL. Suzanne owned and operated Karma Yoga in West Springfield for 8 years where she was a wonderful teacher who touched many lives. She was a trustee for the Big E. for many yrs. She leaves her beloved husband Alfred J. Marotta. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home 1043 Westfield St. West Springfield. Burial will be private.
