Theresa B. (Contois) Trombley

West Springfield -Theresa B. (Contois) Trombley, 88, passed away Sunday March 26, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Lachine, Canada to the late Osias and Alice (Cayer) Contois. Theresa came to the US in 1947, settled in Holyoke in 1953 and later moved to West Springfield. She worked for the Digital Corporation until retiring in 1991. She was a communicant of St Thomas Church. Theresa leaves her children, Anne Webster of RI, Henry Trombley of FL, Diane Walden of MA, Joan Facha of RI and John Trombley of MA, her sister, Jeannine Vetowich of FL, 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Theresa was predeceased by her son Robert, her siblings, Fernand, Wilfred, and Peter Contois and Yvette De La Garza, her fianc�, Joseph J. Jedziniak, a Navy Submarine Vet during WWII, grandson, Arron and great grandson, Connor. A Funeral Home Service will be held, Friday, April 7th at 4PM at the Toomey-O�Brien Funeral Home, 1043 Westfield St., West Springfield with a calling hour from 3-4PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Theresa�s favorite organization, the St. Lawrence Seminary, 301 Church St., Mt Calvary, WI 53057-0505 or a charity of one�s choice.
