Vanessa L. (Scott) Diaz

Vanessa (Scott) Diaz, 35, passed away Sunday at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke to Donna (Daszkiewicz) Kolodziej and Brian Scott. Vanessa was a 1997 graduate of Holyoke High School and was an Assistant Manager at T-Mobile for 12 years. Besides her parents, Vanessa leaves her beloved husband, Angel Diaz, Jr., her loving son, Kaleb Diaz, her stepfather, Donald J. Kolodziej, her siblings, Jennifer Guzik and husband Gary, Crystal Scott Velasquez, Tanya Carr and husband Erik, and Jacob Kolodziej, her grandmothers, Avis Scott Bennett and Joan E. Daszkeiwicz as well as several niece, nephews and cousins. There will be a Noon Funeral Home Service, Thursday at the TOOMEY-O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield St. W. Spfld.
