Virginia Mae (Clark) DeVall, 79, passed away Wednesday in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in West Springfield to the late Dolores (Cestari) and John Clark. Virginia attended local schools and West Springfield High School. She worked as a waitress at various restaurants including the former Patsy�s, Crestview Country Club and the former Vincent�s Steak House. Virginia was also a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Feeding Hills. Virginia was a fabulous cook. She enjoyed feeding people and found a chance to do that as a demonstrator for CDS at Costco, where she also gained many lifelong friends. She enjoyed trips to Cape Cod and Friday night dates with her husband of 60 years. She never missed a Red Sox game and she loved to shop. She spent many girls� nights out with her best friend Dee Gee. She was always so beautiful and well put together � a stunning woman. She had the heartiest laugh and the strongest positive outlook. She was a source of great strength for herself and her family � never giving up. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard F. "Rick" DeVall in 2012. She leaves her loving children, Richard "Ricky" F. DeVall, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Agawam, Sandra M. Gates and her longtime companion Tommy Fraccalvieri of South Carolina and Kimberlee A. Matt and her husband Phil of Feeding Hills, her adored grandchildren, Geno, Aimee and her husband Ronnie Pioggia, Jenny Gates and her husband Mike Rijos, Sean and his wife Dawn DeVall, Paul and Sara and great-grandchildren, Madilyn, Xavier, Giovanni, Jacynda, Cecilia, Austin, Nicholas and Savannah. Virginia was predeceased by her brothers, Richard Clark, Robert Clark and Ronald Clark. The funeral will be Tuesday 9am at the TOOMEY-O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 1043 Westfield St. W. Spfld., followed by a 10am Liturgy of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, 1065 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7PM.
