Obituary
William H. Pappas, 68, passed away August 12, 2021. He was born May 30, 1953 to the late Harry and Louise Pappas. Bill graduated from West Springfield High School, attended UMASS and graduated from Western New England College. He worked for many years as a mechanical engineer for Pratt & Whitney. Bill enjoyed hiking, traveling and reading. He was also an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Perry Pappas in 2007. Bill leaves his brothers Peter A. Pappas of W. Springfield, and Daniel S. Pappas and his wife Jane of Los Alamos, New Mexico, along with several nieces and nephews, including Peter Pappas Jr., Krista Pappas and Harrison Pappas. He also leaves several cousins and friends. Funeral Services and Burial in Paucatuck Cemetery will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Bill’s name to the charity of your choice. The TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME IS IN CHARGE OF THE ARRANGEMENTS.
