Anita E. (St. Martin) DeGray, 90, passed away May 15, 2020 at Agawam Healthcare. She was born March 13, 1930 to the late Albea and Ernestine St. Martin. Anita worked for many years at US Envelope and Old Colonial. She also worked part-time at LaFlorentine’s Bakery. Anita loved bingo and traveling. Most of all, she loved doing anything with her grandchildren. She was a longtime communicant of St. Thomas Church. Besides her parents, Anita was predeceased by her husband of 70 years Raymond DeGray just three weeks ago on April 23, 2020 and her sister Prudence Cawley. She leaves her loving children; Kathleen Matera of W. Spfld, John DeGray and his wife Linda of Agawam, Diane Murphy of W. Spfld, and her son-in-law Robert Murphy of Westfield, her grandchildren; Deana, Mathew, Caitlin, Jason, Jessica, Jake and Nikki Rae, her 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus funeral services and burial will be private. The family would like to especially thank the staff at Agawam Healthcare for the comfort and care they provided Anita.
