Cynthia A. Wrobel, 73, passed away April 24, 2021 at Heritage Hall in Agawam. She was born in Bath, ME and lived most of her life in West Springfield. She worked for many years as a hairdresser at the former Steiger’s in Springfield. After that, Cynthia worked for Sally’s Beauty Supply in West Springfield. She was a communicant of St. Anne’s Church formerly in West Springfield. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to NH on vacations and seeking out tag sales and flea markets. She loved her cats, birds, and fish. She was predeceased by her parents, Beatrice (Burns) and Carlton Johnson and her beloved husband John W. Wrobel, Jr. in 2011. She was the loving mother of John W. Wrobel III of Chicopee, Mark S. Wrobel and his wife Debra of Palmer, and Shannon L. Wrobel of Palmer, caring sister of Clayton Hudson and his wife Olivia of West Springfield, Gary Johnson of Palmer, Charles Johnson and his wife Donna of Agawam, Susan Gauthier and her husband Robert of Southwick, Elena Moore of Agawam, Leonard Johnson and his wife Beth of Agawam, and Laurel Bradbury of Kansas, and devoted grandmother of Ryan Wrobel of Chicopee. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews and her best friend Marilyn Hannah. All Funeral Services are private and Toomey-O’Brien funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements.
