The Connecticut General office in Springfield was a busy place, serving over 20 -30 agents of which I was one.   Eleanor kept the place running like a top.  She was tough and efficient and quick to tell me I couldn't do something---no short cuts.   We had a fine understanding for about 12 years until she retired.  Occasionally I'd see Eleanor and Paul at lunch at the Crestview, and we'd chat.  She was a beautiful and classy lady, and very appreciated !!
